- 使用统计：日记数量、连续记录天数等应用内统计数据
重要说明：本应用不会收集您的姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址或其他可直接识别您身份的信息。
二、信息使用
我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：
- 在本地设备上存储和展示您的日记内容
- 通过 iCloud 在您的多台设备间同步数据
- 语音转文字功能（使用 Apple 系统 Speech 框架，支持离线处理）
- AI 日记总结功能（使用第三方 AI 服务生成摘要）
- Spotlight 搜索索引，方便您快速查找日记
三、信息存储与安全
3.1 本地存储
您的日记数据主要存储在您的设备本地，使用 Apple SwiftData 框架进行管理。
3.2 iCloud 同步
如果您启用了 iCloud，您的数据将通过 Apple iCloud 服务进行加密同步。iCloud 的数据安全由 Apple 公司负责保障。
3.3 应用锁定
本应用支持 Face ID / Touch ID / 设备密码锁定功能，为您的隐私提供额外保护层。
3.4 AI 服务
当您使用 AI 总结功能时，您的日记内容会发送至第三方 AI 服务（Deepseek）进行处理。我们仅发送必要的文本内容用于生成摘要，不会发送您的照片或个人身份信息。
四、信息共享
我们承诺：
- 不会将您的个人数据出售给任何第三方
- 不会与广告商共享您的数据
- 不会将您的数据用于任何营销目的
除以下情况外，我们不会与第三方共享您的信息：
- 经您明确同意
- 法律法规要求
- 使用 AI 总结功能时，必要的文本内容会发送至 AI 服务提供商
五、您的权利
您对自己的数据拥有完全控制权：
- 访问：您可以随时查看所有日记内容
- 修改：您可以编辑任何日记条目
- 删除：您可以删除单条或全部日记
- 导出：您可以通过设置页面导出所有数据
- 撤销权限：您可以在系统设置中随时撤销麦克风、照片、位置等权限
六、权限说明
本应用可能请求以下权限：
- 麦克风：用于录制语音日记
- 语音识别：用于将语音转换为文字
- 照片库：用于添加照片到日记
- Face ID / Touch ID：用于应用锁定保护

Welcome to Memoir (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
1. Information Collection
1.1 Information You Provide
- Journal Content: Text entries and mood records you create
- Voice Recordings: Audio journals and speech-to-text transcriptions
- Photos: Images you add to your journal entries
- Location Data: Geographic tags you choose to add (only when authorized)
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Used for iCloud sync identification
- Usage Statistics: In-app statistics such as entry count and streak days
Important: This app does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or other personally identifiable information.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Storing and displaying your journal content on your local device
- Syncing data across your devices via iCloud
- Speech-to-text functionality (using Apple's Speech framework, supports offline processing)
- AI journal summary feature (using third-party AI service to generate summaries)
- Spotlight search indexing for quick journal lookup
3. Data Storage & Security
3.1 Local Storage
Your journal data is primarily stored locally on your device, managed using Apple's SwiftData framework.
3.2 iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud, your data will be encrypted and synced through Apple's iCloud service. iCloud data security is guaranteed by Apple.
3.3 App Lock
This app supports Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode protection, providing an additional layer of privacy.
3.4 AI Services
When you use the AI summary feature, your journal content is sent to a third-party AI service (Deepseek) for processing. We only send the necessary text content for generating summaries; your photos and personal identity information are never transmitted.
4. Information Sharing
We commit to:
- Never selling your personal data to any third party
- Never sharing your data with advertisers
- Never using your data for marketing purposes
We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:
- With your explicit consent
- When required by law
- When using the AI summary feature, necessary text content is sent to the AI service provider
5. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: You can view all your journal entries at any time
- Modify: You can edit any journal entry
- Delete: You can delete individual or all entries
- Export: You can export all data through the Settings page
- Revoke Permissions: You can revoke microphone, photos, location, and other permissions in system settings at any time
6. Permissions
This app may request the following permissions:
- Microphone: For recording voice journals
- Speech Recognition: For converting speech to text
- Photo Library: For adding photos to journals
- Face ID / Touch ID: For app lock protection
- Location Services: For recording journal locations (optional)
All permissions are optional. You can choose which ones to grant. Declining permissions will not affect basic app functionality.
7. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us, and we will immediately delete the relevant data.
